October 2022 — Advancements in Quantum Photonics and Electronics Structures for Communication, Computation and Sensing Systems

We returned to an in-person mini-conference on October 12, 2022 held in Pittsburgh, PA. The title for this conference was “Advancements in Quantum Photonics and Electronics Structures for Communication, Computation and Sensing Systems” and included presentations by:

  • University of Arizona, PI Professor FanScalable Integration of Diamond Color Centers with Aluminum Nitride Photonics for Quantum Information Science
  • University of Buffalo, PI Professor BirdPlasmonic Transistors for Terahertz-Band Communication
  • Montana State University, PI Professor D’UrsoImproving Gravitational Measurements using Silicon Vacancy Defects in Levitated 4H-SiC Particles

The keynote address was by Professor Robert Devaty from the University of Pittsburgh.
